RSD – Rejection sensitive dysphoria

RSD symptoms are common in individuals with Austim Spectrum Disorders, ADHD and or OCD. Sufferers can have an extreme reaction to negative comments. It can also manifest as a severe fear of failure. Consequently leading to social phobia. Children or adults with rejection sensitivity dysphoria can have low confidence. They may not push themselves forward for things, including promotions. Convincing themselves they will fail.

Fortunately, there is help with solution-focused hypnotherapy. Hypnosis can re-train the brain to delete negative thoughts in triggering situations. It can also be excellent at increasing confidence.
