As many of us know, losing weight can at times be difficult. We can spend years going to weight loss clubs. The whole ordeal can feel like we are punishing ourselves. It is estimated that 40% of people put all the weight back on. Alarmingly government figures show that 60% of us are above our BMI.

It is possible with hypnosis, to lose weight and keep it off. When we lose weight and it doesn’t feel like hard work, we are more inclined to keep going with the weight loss.

How many hypnotherapy sessions for weight loss?

On average you may only need 3 sessions of hypnotherapy for substantial weight loss. Each session is approximately one hour with a gap of about 2 or 3 weeks between sessions. Obviously, everyone is different and there is no guarantee.

There are many reasons why some of us are overweight and there are many different solutions. What we do know is that if you lose weight very quickly, then you will put the weight back on. It is recommended that you only lose 1 or 2 pounds a week and eat sensibly, rather than starving yourself.
