Depression & Low Mood

We are all talking more about depression.   You don’t need to have a reason to suffer from it.  Even if you are happily married with a lovely family, we can still feel low.  This can lead to guilt and confusion about feelings.  The great news is that this is not a fixed illness. Because with effective treatment, you can recover from it.

Treatment with hypnotherapy and EMDR focuses on training the mind to think more positively.  As well as adding in automatic coping skills.  EMDR treatment can be used to help with any past trauma.  These may include bereavement, divorce or childhood trauma etc.  Mindfulness can be taught to patients if required.
